Loveliest of Fruits

The loveliest of fruits lives not far-flung from home
Though I would not dare but wish to be near you roam
Dreaded power of charm would melt the stoic's heart
Verity or fabrication, this is your art
First meeting didn't lure me much like a good book
However fate dictates to give a second look
And this subsequence is destiny on the brink
But this I find blur and has no logical link
Though the world be in total, absolute dismay,
I'll never grow tired of this recursive cliché
Some farmers rejoice with a bounty of harvest,
The mango derived its flavor from your sweet smile
